Data Management Module
Data Management Module serves as the center hub of all TestValet modules. All test requesting attributes, parameters, and connections to raw test data are housed in this database. It scales easily with a growing number of users. It provides performance optimization across all components of TestValet modules. The robust search function allows to easily search for data using keywords, project names, or a combination of meta- data associated with the trusted data sets.
The Data Management Module:
- Automates the capture of the meta data through the test request module
- Enables efficient search and review of the test data
- Manages and links test requests to the location of raw test data files and reports
- Automatically manages various folders on file servers
- Provides secure access to files and folders through company-specific authentication process
- Provides raw data for the test facility management reports (ex: utilization factors, timing and throughput factors, etc.)
- Interacts and interfaces with other corporate and engineering data bases or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Provides key elements to other TestValet modules implemented within the organization
- Is essential for organizations requiring traceability and documentation history
